Providing massage therapy services to the Shuswap community since 2020. Excellent health care is the result of multiple systems working together toward a common goal. Just as each system of the human body is valuable and unique from the other, each cannot be separated from the system and function properly on its own. The goal at One Body is to recognize each patient as an individual with individual situations and needs before settling on a personalized treatment plan. As well, recognizing the limitations of massage therapy within that patient’s journey, and either empowering the patient with self care strategies, or directing toward other professionals within the system when necessary.
